The Lake Toba area is the largest quarterly caldera in the world, which makes it a significant world heritage. It offers a variety of geological, biological and cultural diversity, and is also supported by man-made attractions. The Toba Caldera area, which has been designated as a UNESCO Global Geopark Network, is one of the National Super Priority Tourism Destinations. The uniqueness of
the Toba Caldera includes three main geopark elements, that is, geo-diversity, cultural diversity, and bio-diversity. To promote tourism investment, we feature an investment potential in Sigulatti Area, Samosir Regency. It offers a very strategic and prospective location for the development of the investment project “Toba Geopark Theme Park”, or “Toba Geo - Culture Theme Park.
